Jim began his real estate career in 1989, becoming
a REALTOR in the early 1990's. Jim experience
spans both the Residential and Commercial markets.
He has represented both Buyers and Sellers,
Landlords and Tennants within the restaurant,
Warehouse/Industrial, Land, Office, and Bussiness-Brokerage
fields. Mr. Densmore joined Signature Realty
in 1996 and has been actively involved with
the rapid-edge-out expansion of this locally
owned real estate firm. Prior to entering the
real estate field, Jim was Vice President of
operations with the Olive Garden Italian Restaurants.
He was instrumental in the growth of this Italian
Dinner house concept. During his eighteen years
with General Mills Restaurants, he also directed
operations in the Midwest United States, as
Vice President of Operations with the Red Lobster
Restaurants.
Jim has been a consistent multi-million dollar
producer earning the prestigious honor of The
1999 and 2000 Sales Leadership Award presented
by Central Florida's Master Custom Home Builders.
